(ENG) New insights on the impact of AI on work and learning

What stands out in the insights of March 2026 This month’s insights show that AI is becoming less of a standalone technology and more a natural part of everyday work. The focus is no longer primarily on the technology itself, but on how work, learning, and organizations adapt to the possibilities AI creates. The shift is moving from experimenting with AI toward structurally redesigning processes, roles, and skills. At the same time, learning and working are becoming increasingly intertwined. AI makes it possible to provide guidance, feedback, and knowledge directly during the execution of work. As a result, learning is changing from an activity that happens before or after work into a continuous process within the workflow itself. This has direct implications for managers, professionals, and L&D functions. What stands out most this month is that the major changes are not mainly technological, but organizational and social. The key question is shifting from what can AI do? to how do we organize work and learning with AI? This highlights that the real impact of AI is increasingly visible in the daily functioning of organizations and professionals. We monitor developments daily, analyze them, assess their validity (%), and publish our five most important insights each month.
